2003 May 8th, the Helen Betty Osborne Memorial Foundation Gala Evening.

2003 June 17, 2003 Presentation of the first donation from the Provincial All Charities Campaign.

2002 The Foundation, in partnership with the Provincial Department of Aboriginal and Northern Affairs, announced a three-year, $20,000.00 annual awards partnership (four awards of $5,000 each per annum) specific to engineering students and anticipating applicants from Northern Manitoba.

Official Plaque Launch 1997

The RCMP Officer shown is St. Sgt. R. Urbanoski, the officer that re-opened the case which brought those responsible to justice. St. Sgt. Urbanoski was also the founding chair of the Helen Betty Osborne Memorial Foundation. Launching of the Official Placque 1997 at the site of the tragic event at Clearwater Lake, Manitoba in 1971.
